Xirrus is using Procera’s solution Network Application Visibility Library (NAVL), a Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) software engine that provides real-time, Layer-7 classification of network traffic. Procera’s technology is integrated with Xirrus Application Control offering where NAVL provides the network traffic visibility that is the first step in the Xirrus Application Control process. The integration help ensure that Xirrus’ users receive excellent quality of experience for their most critical applications.
