Up2Date 6.834 for ASG V7 BETA

This is this second Up2Date for ASG V7 BETA. It is again very huge, because we include a new kernel, bug fixes and missing features, like the eDirectory Browser or the Packet Filter Livelog with rule number display:  Please check out the Up2Date details: Basics First of all: thx for your feedback, suggestions, comments, feature requests, bug reports! ASG Up2date 6.302 released [Middle]

Up2Date 6.302 includes a security fix for a virus scan engine, a fix for the HTTP Proxy Report and a correction in the Chinese language file. All ASG 420/425 appliance users should install the Up2Date as soon as possible, because it includes a fix for the sometimes not properly working Ethernet NICs 4-7

ASG Up2date 6.300 released [Middle]

Version 6.300 includes some highlights: performance improvments for IPS and Anti-Virus of more than 50%, deletion of NTLM credentials and two new SMTP recipient white lists (global or just for Anti-Spam). And it includes of course also many bug fixes – read on to get the details…  SMTP recipient whitelists There are two new whitelist: one in the spam section to exclude recipients from spam check and a global whitelist to exclude recipients from all checks (even from virus scanning): Performance improvments for IPS and Anti-Virus We optimized the search algorithm for IPS engine, with only 10MB of additional RAM usage, the perforce increases by more than 50%. This optimization is only enabled for machines with more than 256 MB RAM

ASG Up2Date 6.201 released [Middle]

This Up2Date fixes a problem with the default Surf Protection categories for 6.200-preinstalled appliances. Installations with Up2Date 6.200 are not affected. The Up2Date fixes also some eDirectory issues from version 6.200 and increases the lookup speed dramatically, so all ASG user which uses eDirectory for authentication should install this Up2Date
