7.001 is a bugfix only Firmware Up2Date. It fixes a serious bug in the reporting und Up2Date, a small HA/Cluster sync problem and some other smaller issues. It is recommended to update your unit to ASG 7.001 as soon as possible.
In ASG version 7.000, the automatic firmware download function is impaired. As a workaround, you can specify passwords for loginuser and root, which is to be configured on the Management >> System Settings >> Shell Access tab in WebAdmin. There is no need to enable the “ssh shell access”, Astaro recommends keeping this features disabled. However, it is recommended to update your unit to ASG 7.001 as soon as possible, which is a bugfix maintenance release fixing the problem described above as well as several minor issues. You can also upload the Firmware Up2Date manually via WebAdmin Management >> Up2Date >> Advanced.Get the 7.001 package here: http://download.astaro.de/ASL/v7.0/up2date/u2d-sys-7.001.tgz.gpg or from on official mirror listed below.
